What we Buy

We buy free-standing, single tenant retail properties located anywhere in the United States subject to existing leases or vacant.

We buy properties opportunistically, as they become available, in primary, secondary and tertiary markets. We buy properties either individually, on a “one off” basis, or as portfolios of multiple properties in a single transaction.

Economic Terms

We take a long-term approach to property investment, focusing on overall returns and future value rather than strict cap rates or lease terms. We often seek properties with below-market rents and are open to those with very short leases, even less than a year, if the location, condition, and potential for future use make them a strong investment.
